Program: Technology Refresh/Organic Growth
Description: Subcontract to manage infrastructure and data center projects through the design, develop, and deploy phases. Partnering with Planners and Application team from the Line of Business to review portfolio (6-18 month forecast) in the define phase. Collaborating with Infrastructure Architects and Blue Print Engineers in the design/develop phases to engage service partners as needed.
Actavis (June 2010 – June 2011)
Program: Merger Integration Program
Description: Subcontract to develop integration documentation to incorporate acquired company into existing Microsoft environment. Drafted comprehensive Infrastructure Acquisition Playbook which provided steps to integrate the acquired company’s infrastructure into the parent company infrastructure.
SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment (Feb. 2010 – June 2010)
Program: Microsoft Divestiture
Description: Subcontract with world’s largest brewer and world renowned theme park to assist with divestiture of company asset. Performed requirements analysis and drafted new and independent Microsoft infrastructure used to segregate and new Microsoft environment for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.
U.S. Department of the Interior- Office of the Solicitor (July 2009 – October 2009)
Program: Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange Migration
Description: Subcontract to provide strategy for migration from IBM Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange. Developed requirements, designed new system, documented migration strategies, built new environment and installed new servers and software.
